Rothery from British Columbia, originally of British Columbia, has always had a dream of becoming an actor. As a 13-year-old, she began acting on stage as an actress as part of Bye Bye Birdie. As a result of her performance in the stage company's production Annie Get Your Gun she won the Most Outstanding Performer Award.
